TOMBO PHILOSOPHY

Tombo means dragonfly in Japanese.  It is written “蜻蛉” or “勝虫” in Kanji characters. The meaning of “勝” is victory/ win, and “虫” means bug.

This is why “Tombo” was a popular symbol of courage among Samurai warriors in the Edo period(1615–1868).

I chose Tombo because it reflects my philosophy of life, and it powerfully represents Tombo’s mission and how the team wants to hold their clients' space.

Tombo represents a peaceful setting for the warriors that you are: passionate, open-minded, purpose-led leaders who co-create with others.

Thanks to a harmonious combination of knowledge and strength, we help you thrive without any forms of judgment and build collective DEI strategies. We strive for inclusive, heartful human leadership in an age of machines and a regenerative future.
Like the dragonfly, the team and I always move forward all together.

We aim to help you have courageous conversations and support your teams and individuals in getting in touch with your real successes.

We understand what it takes to step into a leadership role with more responsibility and accountability but with limited guidance and support. We have a passion for co-designing beautiful businesses.

We help you develop your strengths and talents and increase your mental capacity through positive psychology, mindfulness, martial arts, and indigenous and Asian wisdom. We combine high engagement, well-being and transformational high performances when there’s a transformation.

Welcome to the Tombo tribe!
