School of KI/気 or Inner Energy Leadership School is focused in the field of transformation – of individuals, of organisations and humankind.

Following much research, my worldwide professional expertise, and based on my roles as human scientist and leader,
I believe that this - the  Exponential Age - is the time to teach leaders to reseek balance.  By helping leaders find their inner strength and balance, they will be able to empower the human population to reconnect to the ancient wisdom of life on Mother Earth.  We do this by applying the Asian wisdom of the Martial Arts: FEEL - DO - THINK

Overview of the Learning Journey

The online sessions of this programme will be hosted on Zoom. You will receive a welcome package when you are fully registered.

  • Before starting this programme, you will have a conversation with your leader to ready yourself to experience the full capacity of your learning journey

  • Take part in the Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC) and the Positive Intelligence assessments.

  • Five live, online, 80-minute learning modules

  • Email support

  • Extra reading materials, podcasts, and videos

  • Customised cases to be completed between sessions

  • Debriefing the field homework to deepen the learning and bridge the knowledge to the next session

  • Two exclusive, one-on-one sessions with your leader

Dates and Duration

The next intake starts on the 29th of May 2024, and runs for 5 weeks

Each of the 5 modules takes place on Mondays, from 4 pm - 5:30 pm CET

The Tombo Leadership Programme brings together a group of experienced human beings.
