Arsenia has a BA in Marketing from the College GroepT of Leuven, Top Athlete in Kendo (Japanese fencing), Artist, Mindfulness Trainer and a Co-Active coach - graduated at The Coaching Training Institute.

This expertise has allowed Arsenia to work as Account Executive and Financial analyst for more than 10 years in leading companies such as EB and the industrial leader in diversified technology: Johnson Controls.

In this highly competitive market, Arsenia challenged herself to develop effective asset services for financial institutions.
Arsenia’s creativity and multicultural background has boosted her approach in achieving projects with different teams.
What’s more, Arsenia coaches, trains and supports people together to challenge different operations departments, to empower their relationship in working as a team.

In parallel to this fin. career, Arsenia spent 2 years studying Japanese culture and has a passion for martial arts. She lived, visited Japan many times and developed strong relationships that enlarged her horizons and gave her new L perspectives.

She practices kendo for more than a decade where she belongs to the elite group. 
She competes on an int. level.
She trains, mentors and coaches kids during training and competitions. 
Mental coaching gives her a search out to identify the short and long term needs, inspire people based on individual needs, empower them with a strong fighting spirit, this to achieve the desired objective.
