Ilse and Arsenia’s passion for facilitating self-transformation has led them to design a long weekend Retreat aimed at unleashing your inner leader.

Ilse Noppen
Ilse's drive comes from her own transformative journey. In 2010, she took a decision to wind down all her existing contracts, dispose of a recently-renovated farmhouse and make a fresh start in Portugal, 2,000 km away.
Today, her career and leadership programmes help professionals who are tired of going around in circles build a life which makes a difference - one in harmony with their true self and purpose.
Ilse loves seeing people taking ownership of their future and realising whatever it is they visualise for themselves.

Arsenia Corcoba Santamaria
Arsenia is passionate about working with people who care about long-term success for themselves and society. Her creativity, multicultural background, powerful spirit and kendo experiences have boosted her approach in leading projects with different teams.
These have fostered her ability to connect people with their inner leadership and drive them to create powerful visions. She also coaches in four languages (ES, EN, NL & FR).
Cumulatively, this has led to the foundation of Tombo Coaching & Consulting and the Belgium Co-Active Community.

WHERE IS THE EXHILARATING RETREAT?
Ilse and Arsenia have taken care to find a magical place to host this retreat.
“Into the Wild Silence and Stars” is a unique spot of wild canopy and creek vistas and abundant wilderness silence. The quinta is nestled in the heart of a nature reserve sanctuary (wild deer and rare birds can be sighted). The Rota Vicentina hike and bike trail runs alongside the quinta. The buildings were reconstructed using adobe walls, cork insulation and local stone.
There are private suites facing sunrise (all have own shower, kitchenette and hammock), a community kitchen and social canteen, a panoramic roof terrace, meditation temple and a chill-out solarium.
REGISTRATION
Confirm your participation by filling in the registration form and making a deposit of 250€. The rest of the balance, is due by September 10, 2016.
Payment can be made via Transferwise or by bank transfer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For this retreat to be truly beneficial, a minimum number of 10 participants is required.
In the unlikely event we need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund.
Should you for some unexpected situation not be able to attend, we CANNOT refund the fee but are happy to accept the transfer of your registration to another person.
During the retreat, we expect no alcohol consumption as full presence is required.
LOGISTICS
How to get to "Into the Wild and Silence Stars”
The quinta is situated about 3km from the village of São Teotónio, in South West Alentejo.
Airport transfer: From Faro Airport (FAO) Algarve. We can arrange a shuttle service to and from the airport. Minimum 3 people/shuttle, leaving at 3PM (GMT), 30€/ person.
Bus: REDE EXPRESSO (www.redeexpressos.pt) drives direct from Lisbon to São Teotónio 3 times a day, 17, 50€/ person. A shuttle can be organised from São Teotónio to the quinta.
Train: From Oriente Lisbon train station to Santa Clara Saboia: 2h10 for 18€.
To the quinta by taxi: 30 min, approximately 40€.
